Sigh.... this is a poser! Um... there is a place called SK tailors in wellawatte orchard building, but whalebone jackets cost about 1,500. They're a bit unpredictable though... one jacket I got done was fantastic, the other was totally off...
sorry this is late, but did u try the wellawatte Orchard building? I usually go to Ravi tailors on second floor.
