Has anyone followed the Diploma in World Affairs at Bandaranaile Int. Diplomacy Training Centre?

I need your ideas/ comments / as well as how the exams are conducted etc.  . .

And why is there a long queue near Seylan Bank, Thimbirigasyaya ? Is it to collect pensions???

I've seen the queues two days now , its mostly old ladies holding files over their heads to shield themselves from the glaring sun. . . wonder if any politicians don't drive by that way . .   =D
